5 Reasons You Should Get a Disc-Bound Planner

Choosing a planner size and type can be very overwhelming. Honestly, before I got my Louis Vuitton Desk Agenda Cover, I had to research to make sure I would be very happy with the type I am choosing! Some questions I thought to myself.... Did I want one that was small, medium, or large? Did I want one with rings, or discs?

Ultimately as you know -- I got the Louis Vuitton Desk Agenda Cover (watch my unboxing video here!) which fits a half-letter disc-bound planner. To me, it's the perfect size and I absolutely love the disc-bound system! Have you ever considered a disc-bound planner? If not, here is 5 reasons you should get a disc-bound planner!

1. It is very easy to move around the pages! You can easily remove inserts if you don't like where it is, and reinsert them somewhere else! There is no need to open and close rings when you want to remove of add pages... Also, discs won't accidentally snap your skin like rings possibly could! (So annoying!)

2. The discs do not get in the way when writing! When I need to write something closer to the middle or edge of the page, I easily remove the pages out, write in them, and put them back in!

3. With a disc-bound planner, you can easily punch anything of any size and add it to your planner. Unlike with planners with rings, inserts might need to be a certain size to fit between the rings. I got a disc-bound hole punchers from my local Office Depot, and it's been so helpful punching in things that I want to keep handy in my planner!

4. Disc-bound planners are super customizable! There are many types of inserts you can buy relating to schedule, finance, lists, goals, etc... A couple of my favorite shops are Cloth & Paper, 8Lotus, and Poi & Hun. Watch my planner set up video here!

5. This last reason does not really apply to me, since I usually keep my half letter disc-bound planner inside my Louis Vuitton Desk Agenda Cover... But if you do have your planner out, you can fold the planner on to itself completely! This is a space saver when you are working with a smaller space.

And that is 5 reasons why you should get a disc-bound planner! I hope you found this blog post helpful, whether it helped you decided to get (or not to get) a disc-bound planner.
